CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A 16-year-old girl was shot in a car Wednesday night near Lafayette Road.
At about 11:20 p.m., Clarksville Police responded to a shots fired call in the 200 Block of Raintree Drive at Lafayette Road. They found a 16-year-old girl with a gunshot wound, according to police spokesman Scott Beaubien.
She was a back seat passenger in the vehicle, and other passengers said the shot came from a red car with black rims. The teenager was taken by LifeFlight helicopter to a Nashville hospital, and her status was not available this morning.
