The Little Rock Trojans and the South Alabama Jaguars meet in college basketball action from the Mitchell Center on Thursday night.

The Little Rock Trojans will look to snap a four-game losing streak after a 75-72 OT loss to Louisiana-Monroe last time out. Isaiah Palermo leads the Trojans in scoring with 12.7 PPG with 4.8 RPG while Nikola Maric has 14.6 PPG with 6.4 RPG and 2.9 APG in 11 games this season. DeAntoni Gordon has 10.4 PPG while Marko Lukic has 11.4 PPG as well this season. D.J. Smith also has 2.1 APG as well on the year. As a team, Little Rock is averaging 68.9 PPG on 41.8% shooting from the field, 32.1% from three and 74.7% from the foul line while allowing 73.5 PPG on 46.9% shooting from the field and 36.7% from three this season.

Winning Props Bets

The South Alabama Jaguars will look to bounce back from a three-game losing streak after a 69-62 loss to Georgia State last time out. Charles Manning Jr. leads South Alabama in scoring and assists with 16.8 PPG and 3.6 APG while Jay Jay Chandler has 16.4 PPG and Javon Franklin has 11.9 PPG with a team-high 7.4 RPG to lead the Jaguars on the glass while also capping off the trio of double-digit scorers for South Alabama so far this year. As a team, South Alabama is averaging 73.3 PPG on 45.9% shooting from the field, 32.2% from three and 70.2% from the foul line while allowing 64.3 PPG on 40.8% shooting from the field and 30n% from three this season.

Little Rock is 3-11-1 ATS in their last 15 games against a team with a winning percentage above .600 and 0-4 ATS in their last 4 Thursday games while the under is 7-2 in their last 9 road games against a home winning percentage above .600. South Alabama is 6-2 ATS in their last 8 home games and 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games against a team with a losing record while the over is 10-1 in their last 11 home games.

I get the allure of points with the Trojans in this spot, but the bottom line for me here is that the Trojans are still 0-7 SU and 1-6 ATS on the road this season and are being outscored by 16.9 PPG on the road this season. South Alabama hasn’t had the toughest schedule at home, but they’re still outscoring teams by almost 20 PPG at home this season and I think a win and cover here is certainly not out of the question. Give me the Jaguars here.
